Bishopโs Stortford Dog Fields
Five acres of fenced fields for private hire.
Background by our competition winner Justin Edwards @powered_by_insulin_uk
FIELDS TEMPORARILY CLOSED
With great frustration we will have to temporarily close Bishopโs Stortford Dog Fields from May the 18th to August the 28th 2026.
This is due to the National Grid rewiring the overhead lines that run across our fields.
As we all know (and suffer through!) infrastructure works (especially local road closures) are not always completed in time so please take these initial dates with handful of salt.
As we get more information we will be posting it in social media and on our website.
Thank you for your understanding and hope to see you again soon โจ๐โจ

We have been working hard to provide a safe and secure area for 95% of dogs and their owners, for those exceptional dogs that can jump six foot or fit their heads in the 90mm mesh used at the park we ask owners to keep these dogs on a lead or to not use the fields.
